It is a good feeling to know he won't be in there forever!
My boys making fun of me!
My boys making fun of me!

and yes...those are stretchmarks....lovely!
also..I think I have been in these clothes for like 3 days
24 days may sound close, but it feels like an eternity. I am trying to throw myself into little projects for Dylan for Valentines Day and really just anything to pass the time.
I am mainly posting to give you all an update, but also to mark this moment for myself. When I look back on being pregnant with Dylan it all seemed so magically and pain free and just perfect. So when we go to make the decision to have our third I just want to be sure that I remember this day; when my stomach is killing me, my back is killing me, my breast are killing me. I have acid reflux so bad I throw up, which makes my stomach hurt even more. And I am so exhausted that the idea of ordering a pizza even seems like too much work for dinner. I am almost 37 weeks pregnant and I am still waiting for nesting...I hear its real I just need to experience it, heaven knows my house needs to.
I was hoping to keep my post happy and positive, but I think realistic is best for this one. I promised myself not to get anxious and just let the baby come in his own time, but if there is a qualified surgeon reading this I am ready for you to take the baby today!!!!
Love,
Grouchy Mommy!
p.s. Josh has been absolutely amazing, I am very lucky...it's like he was saving it all for the end. I rest when I need to, he gives me massages and he is super understanding. I have one of the best husbands and little boys. So for them I am grateful!
What's New:I went to the doctor this morning...and they adjusted my due date based on the ultrasound. I have a new due date of February 17, which makes me 23 weeks along. The doctor said my weight gain is good (relief), and that the baby is doing great!
I also got the H1N1 shot today....ouch!

Also...I have decided that it is now time to share the first belly photo! I am going to try to update the belly photo weekly so I have a good record of it.....

Also...thanks for voting on the baby names!!
Well, we have some exciting results from a test we took keep in mind that it is only 80% accurate, however.....I have always seen myself with all boys! :-)These last couple of weeks have been very hectic, but Dylan and Josh both started school today, so hopefully things will settle down and we will fall into a nice routine soon.
Pregnancy wise I am so happy to be out of my 1st trimester I am not quite as tired and I started working out (since my doctor said I was gaining too much weight) I tried to tell him that food is all I think about, but he didn't consider that a very good reason, so hopefully I can be a healthier momma for this little peanut by next month.
Apparently at preschool today Dylan broke the news to his teacher, by saying his usual line which is, "mommy has my sister in her belly and I have the brother in my belly'....she was excited for him but asked Josh at pickup time to clarify......I love that he loves and trust his teacher, but I can only imagine the stories he tells his since he is never at a loss for words.
Sorry for the delay of posting.....I am going to try to be better about it.....
The next doctors appointment is in about 3 weeks, and I am hoping the schedule and ultrasound!! but it will more than likely be for the next appointment in October....I am just so anxious to know for 100% not to mention that if it is a boy we are going to have to convince Dylan that he wants a brother since he is pretty set on a sister.
p.s. I could be crazy, it may be gas, but I swear I felt the baby while I was writing this blog post tonight.
